IIBS Noida MBA 2018 Students at Valedictory Function of Youth

The IIBS students of MBA 2018 Batch invited to attend the Valediction program of Youth for India- an Initiative by SBI Foundation of State Bank of India, Noida for the learning experience and practical exposure of the Social Entrepreneurship. The top executives from the Bank, experts from the Development Sector, representatives from leading CSR firms and NGO officials to be amongst the list of attendees. The event was inaugurated by opening speech Mr Nixon Joseph, President and COO, SBI Foundation, welcoming the guests on the prestigious occasion.

Dr. Pushpendra Rai, Director SBI was the chief guest and Ms. Karnam Malleswari, Olympic medallist was the guest of honour. SBI Youth for India fellowship is a rural fellowship of 13 months for highly educated urban youths to contribute to rural development and come out with innovative and creative solutions to rural issues.



SBI fellows of October Cohort came up with their presentations of their live Project executed in rural India on the major issues broadly covering  Education, Health, Food security, Livelihood, Women empowerment, Social Enterprise, Technology, Traditional crafts, Self-governance, Environment, Alternate Energy & Waste Management.
The SBI YFI fellows were presented with a Certificate of Appreciation for their exceptional work towards the development of society. The event concluded with networking dinner at 8:00 pm with the eminent guest.
IIBS Noida students were given opportunity by Develop India Foundation to attend the prestigious learning event. The students were exposed to a different learning and Challenges in the execution of projects with the optimum resource which made them realize the importance of today’s youth in the change & development of the society and empowering nation with Entrepreneurship.

Jhilmil - 2018: A Festival of Light was Celebrated in IIBS Noida

Diwali is the festival of lights and it always gives the message of winning of good over evil and it is celebrated with very much enthusiasm and brings a smile on everyone’s face because it is the festival of everyone.

Jhilmil-2018, the festival of light was celebrated at the IIBS Noida Campus on 01st of November, 2018. The program was started with the Aarti of  Lord Ganesh and Goddess Laxmi by the teachers followed by staff and students of IIBS. 
Ved and Sonali were the anchors for the event. The first performance was a beautiful singing performance by Anisha and Rupali (AU 18 batch). Then it was followed by an energetic dance performance by Kusum and Shivangi (AU 18 batch). The audience were supercharged and enthusiastic after these performances.  
 Bharti and Shivangi (AU 18 batch) also performed a duet dance Foot tapping Bollywood songs. Kusum, Bharti, Shivangi and Sneh (AU 18 batch) performed beautiful solo dance performances. all participated enthusiastically and enjoyed very much. Raghavendra Maurya (S 17 batch) presented three beautiful pieces of poetry. The students of AU 18 also presented a skit carrying the message of protest against girl child marriage and supporting Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
Prof. Seema Mishra (Dean) extended warm and safe Diwali Greetings to all the students with message Enjoy the festival of light with everyone and spread happiness in life.
